Guided Hiking Tour at the Gorge – Geology, Nature, and Mindfulness Near The Gorge Amphitheatre.
On this guided trip at Frenchman’s Coulee, we’ll hike through the dramatic basalt cliffs and explore the region’s fascinating volcanic geology and rock formations. Along the way, you’ll learn how lava flows and erosion shaped this striking desert landscape. Midway through, we’ll pause for a yoga session surrounded by sweeping views, grounding the body after the climb. The day will close with a short meditation, inviting reflection and stillness in this ancient canyon.
